The Cold Press Gallery exhibits the works of emerging and established artists with an emphasis on natural materials and process. Seen in the photographs are ceramic works by Yoko Ozawa and sculptures by Mari Andrews. The gallery is baptised in silence, accentuated by the enigmatic voice of the battered wooden stairs when visitors navigate through the floors. Nimble brushwork on the walls and the crevices left by nails give the space its poetic texture.
